What I look for in a Chemistry book
A book can be excellent yet contain chapters irrelevant to your specification, weak answers or a format that encourages passive revision.
I look at the job each resource should do, when it is worth buying, which sections are useful and when real exam papers should take over. Second-hand textbooks can be excellent value. Buy write-in workbooks new.
